Customised booking and payments

The booking forms we send out can be as simple as “tell us who you are”, through to highly personalised, with many fields pre-filled to save time for the registrant.
Forms can also be formatted to different languages if required.

We provide debit and credit card processing via WorldPay, PayPal and Stripe. Payment can be in multiple currencies and we can generate invoices for bank transfers as well.

Turning RSVP into a VIP experience

Your guests response experience is as flexible as it’s easy. Simply clicking an RSVP button in an email will activate a code, telling the event organiser exactly who the delegate is and pre-filling the customised and branded guest response form.

Registering over the phone – some people prefer this to responding digitally, because it provides extra reassurance and  the opportunity of asking questions. If you need help our highly trained staff can take the load from you and ensure the whole process goes smoothly.
